MISSION
Helping to realize a
sustainable
society.
With our aim of realizing a sustainable society, we engage in “Bottle to Bottle” (BtoB) business operations, specializing in recycling PET bottles into the raw materials for PET bottles.
What is “Bottle to Bottle”?
With conventional PET bottle recycling it is possible to produce raw materials for
packaging materials and textiles, but not PET bottle materials.
Our “Bottle to Bottle” business accomplishes horizontal recycling, producing raw
materials for PET bottles from PET bottles. As a result, we have successfully reduced
CO2 emissions compared to the production of PET bottles from petroleum-derived
materials.
Bottle to Bottle CO2 emission reduction effects
The amount of CO2 emitted when making 1 kg of PET resin from petroleum is 1.578 kg. Bottle to Bottle processing, on the other hand, emits less than half that amount, 0.627 kg of CO2.

About Bottle to Bottle raw materials
01Two collection routes
PET bottles are collected through two routes: the municipal route, in which they are discarded from households and collected by wards and municipalities, and the commercial route, in which they are collected from recycling bins located in stores and next to vending machines.
02How municipal and commercial collection differ
The majority of municipal collection involves rinsed-out bottles with
the labels and caps removed, making recycling relatively easy.
Commercial collection, meanwhile, is largely of bottles with labels and
caps attached, and some leftover beverage content, which makes recycling
difficult.
03To help build a recycling-oriented society
In order to achieve 100% local production for local consumption of PET bottle resources, it is essential to have recycling technology that is not contingent on the condition of the PET bottles. We utilize the technology of the Far Eastern Group to advance the domestic recycling of resources by recycling PET bottles through both the municipal and commercial routes. We help build a recycling-oriented society.
