01Dupont shift scheduling / selective 3-day weekly breaks

We have adopted a work schedule in which shift workers have at least 185 days off per year. Under this pattern, there is a 7-day work break once a month, which is used as time for family and hobbies.
We have also introduced a selective three-day weekly work break system. We have established a work environment in which it is easy to take time off under a system allowing employees to choose every month between two or three days off per week.

02Compliance

Compliance is the cornerstone of our company.
In order not only to comply with applicable laws and regulations but also to create a culture of zero-tolerance of any form of harassment, the Compliance Committee convenes once a month and all managers check with each other to confirm the status of each workplace. We also work to raise compliance awareness among all employees through online training.

03Occupational health and safety

Risk assessments are conducted once a month through the Occupational Health and Safety Committee, attended by all managers and workplace representatives in pursuit of a safe work environment.
They also follow up on past cases of work-related accidents.

04Appointment of women to management positions

Women occupy 20% of all of our management positions.
We have female general managers and department heads, and the company has a culture of appointing managers based on ability regardless of gender.
We will continue to further increase this ratio as we support women who take on challenges.
